I’ve been in and out of talk therapy for childhood and chronic trauma for over 50 years. Unexpected late in life traumas brought me to Neurofeedback at age 63 and today I’m a Neurofeedback home user. The changes and shifts I’ve experienced from Trauma Focused Neurofeedback were immediate, subtle, distinct and discernible. It’s helped me with hyperarousal, overwhelm, sensory overload, information processing, and it’s helped me to be more self reflective. Ainat and Diana are treating my brain in a way that is providing symptom relief - and they are teaching me how my brain works as we go along. As a woman with a significant trauma history, I hold dear their sensitivity to trauma, their patient, calm, encouraging ways, and their ability to see me as a person not just a brain wave. Neurofeedback is a fascinating and wonderful experience. I wish I had found it many years ago.
